James comes to Sphere Wealth & Protect with over 10 years experience in the financial planning industry. In his most recent role as Senior Financial Advisor at a major bank, James assisted hundreds of customers with a broad range of tailored advice. James graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce, is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) & Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).
James is passionate about taking the complexities out of advice for his clients. He simplifies the process, educating and leaving them feeling empowered along the way. James was truly excited when he learnt Spheres mantra of ‘putting the client at the centre of everything we do’. This completely resonates with his own philosophy, irrespective of the intricate, sophisticated or straightforward nature of the strategy.
James grew up on the Central Coast and lives in Wamberal with his wife Alison and 3 small children Evie, George and Charlie. Having commuted to the city for a number of roles, he loves the fact that he can work so close to home in a profession that he is passionate about and with like-minded people.
Nadia Leishman
Client Service Coordinator
Nadia supports the Sphere Wealth and Protect clients through the process alongside James. Having worked in roles of Administration support in Real Estate, a Major Bank and also in a Client Support role at Centrelink Nadia bring to the team a wealth of knowledge along with an incredible client service approach.
With a background of customer service and the property industry, Nadia has been known as the ‘bubbly one’ wherever she goes. Nadia thrives on making sure her clients always feel at ease with every transaction and wants to ensure they are always left with a smiling at the end of every interaction.

Rachelle Kroon

Rachelle manages the Operations and Strategy of Sphere Wealth and Protect. Rachelle is also the Founding Partner of Sphere Finance, a National Award-Winning Mortgage Brokerage on the Central Coast.
The Sphere Group of Companies were created with the philosophy of putting the client at the center of everything we do and Rachelle prides herself on growing a team of like-minded individuals who all share that vision.

Having grown up on the Central Coast and raising a family here Rachelle is passionate about the area and loves being able to walk on the beach of a morning rather than do the Sydney Commute. When not at the office Rachelle spends time with her 2 sons Kyle and Van and is obsessed with her dog, Maya.
